JXF Low-Voltage Distribution Box

JXF distribution boxes house low-voltage power, lighting and control circuits in a compact enclosure. Available in cold-rolled steel or stainless steel, each box can be assembled with the component types, ratings and quantities required by the application.

The series is rated for AC 400 V operation, with main busbar currents up to 400 A. IP30 indoor and IP54 outdoor versions offer enclosure choices for different locations. Protective devices, circuit count, wiring space and cable entry are arranged around the load schedule and mounting requirements.

Installation & Aftercare

Prepare the site, plan routine checks and keep service records.

What needs to be ready before installation?

  • Choose the enclosure version for the location: the listed options distinguish indoor IP30 from outdoor IP54 protection.
  • Size the box for devices, wiring bends and heat dissipation; retain full door opening and space to reach terminals.
  • Fit suitable cable glands and enclosure earthing, and avoid mounting where water can collect or drip onto cable entries.

What should operators check during routine rounds?

  • Check labels, door closure, enclosure damage and visible signs of water entry or overheating during rounds.

What is covered during planned maintenance?

  • At planned isolation, qualified personnel inspect terminals and protective devices and remove dust without contaminating electrical contacts.
  • Test fitted protective functions at the device maker’s interval, and update circuit identification when loads or wiring change.
